Samsung Galaxy S9 leaked, to come with added facial recognition features?

With just few days left in 2017, it’s natural to see rumors related to what’s up for 2018. After OnePlus 6, it’s the Samsung Galaxy S9 which has leaked giving us insights about the front panel.

A video has been uploaded by SlashLeaks which claims to show alleged screen protectores belonging to the Galaxy S9. While we haven’t gotten a look at the actual front panel but the screen protectors do tell us what to expect from Samsung’s next flagship. There is no sign of  side bezels and the head and chin of the phone are minimal too, telling us that Samsung’s innovative Infinity Display is here to stay.

On the top, there are a lot of cameras and sensors which could mean Samsung is gearing up to release Face ID rival. If Samsung wants the Galaxy S9 to have biometric authentication on the same level as Apple’s iPhone X, it’ll need to greatly improve the approach implemented from the Galaxy S8 and Galaxy Note 8.

If the reports are to be believed, Samsung will launch the Galaxy S9 in MWC 2018 in February and start selling the device in March which is a bit early than Galaxy S8 in 2017.
