While we are less than two weeks away from the official reveal of the much awaited OnePlus flagship – The OnePlus 5, this teaser was released by their official Twitter account
which shows its dual rear camera arrangement along with a microphone and LED flash.
Which looks strikingly similar to the design language of iPhone 7 Plus
One Plus already confirmed that the phone will be powered by Snapdragon 835 and will have the fingerprint sensor on the front . Amazon India confirmed 8GB RAM for the smartphone ( I’m still trying to figure out what do we need 8GB of RAM in a smartphone for?) I hope we get some better RAM management software in Oxygen OS away from last year’s RAM controversy when software limited memory usage to just 4GB of the 6GB OnePlus 3 (that they fixed in a later update) this time around.
Today in a new forum post, OnePlus co-founder Carl Pei said that after feedback from OnePlus 3 and 3T users saying they wish they could capture higher quality audio in noisy settings like concerts, they have made it a priority to improve audio recording on the OnePlus 5.
OnePlus 5 will launch in India on June 22nd at 2PM, two days after the global online unveiling on June 20th. It will go on sale on the launch day itself from 4:30PM exclusively on Amazon.in for about Rs 32,999 for a 64GB with 6GB RAM model.
