Last year, Nokia made an impressive comeback with HMD Global. The Nokia 8 was a brilliant phone with a solid build quality. It checked almost all the boxes for a good phone. While the Nokia 8 is still a great phone, we always look forward to what’s coming next. To our pleasant surprise, Nokia’s 2018 flagship device – Nokia 9 – is coming soon.
HMD Global confirmed its date for the MWC 2018 conference today. The company is going to hold a conference on February 25th, 2018. If the rumors are to be believed, the successor of Nokia 8 could be launched in the conference.
The news about Nokia 9 isn’t confirmed. But given the scale of the event, it is very likely the company would introduce the 2018 flagship. That is not it, Nokia could also launch a few mid-range phones like the Nokia 1 with Android Oreo (Go Edition), Nokia 4, Nokia 7 Plus and a possible global variant of the Nokia 7.
The company’s Cheif product officer, Juho Sarvikas tweeted –
Rumored specs of Nokia 9 include –
- Snapdragon 845 SoC
- 5.3-inch Quad HD (2560×1440 pixels) display with 530-nits brightness

- Android 8.0 Oreo.

The above mentioned specs are just the rumored specifications of the upcoming flagship. And HMD Global event is scheduled to take place on February 25th, Sunday, at Barcelona Museum of Contemporary Art and starts at 4PM CET (8:30 PM IST)N.
